<p><strong>Priprema:</strong></p>
<p>Kestene operemo, zarežemo i kuhamo u vreloj i posoljenoj vodi dok ne omekšaju. Zatim ih ogulimo i stavimo na stranu. Meso narežemo na medaljone, debljine tri četiri centimetra. U tavu stavimo maslac, dodamo bobice kleka, listove kadulje te pržimo medaljone, na laganoj vatri, po tri minute sa svake strane. Zatim medaljone i listove kadulje maknemo sa vatre, na toplo mjesto. U tavu, na masnoću od prženja, ulijemo bijelo vino, dodamo kesten pire, začinimo solju i biberom i miješajući pjenjačom dinstamo dvije minute. Zatim dodamo kuhane kestene, umiješamo med, dodamo tučeno slatko vrhnje, promiješamo i poslužimo uz medaljone.</p>
